Shitake Mushrooms – Dried, Medium Cap

An Asian mushroom known for it’s meaty texture and very intense smoky flavor that goes wonderfully with meat dishes, stir fries and many other recipes. Rehydrate in warm water for 20 minutes before using (drain and save the liquid for another dish).
Ingredients: Dried Shiitake Mushrooms (Lentinus Edodes).This product contains traces of sulfite.
