This barrel aged sherry vinegar is a kitchen workhorse. Produced in Cadiz, in southwestern Spain, it has deep woody, oaky and herbaceous flavors that gives any dish a touch of invigorating acidity. We love it in vinaigrettes, chicken marinades, sauteed onions or gazpacho — anything, really.
