This soft, creamy cheese has a wonderful balance of three milks – goat, milk and sheep. The flavors combine and contrasts, melting delicately on the palate. Known for their production of traditional cheeses from old recipes, Caseificio Dell’Alta Langa is an Italian cheesemaker located near Alba, and get its name from the Alta Langa Piedmontese, a region known for rolling green fields, and famous for its wines and cheeses.
Ingredients: Cow’s milk, sheep’s milk, goat’s milk, ferments, salt, rennet.
