Regal de Bourgogne aux Moutarde de Meaux

Regal de Bourgogne is a delicious triple-cream cheese from Burgundy. The small round is coated on the outside with spicy cracked mustard seeds, but the inside is fresh and creamy, almost cheesecake-like in texture and taste. This rich and creamy paste blends wonderfully with the mustard seeds, however, you can alternate between having it with the seeds or scooping the plain center. Either way is lovely! Serve on a cheeseboard with grapes and apples and fresh bread. Pair with a nice Burgundy or a dry sparkling Prosecco. Bring to room temperature before serving.
