Kunik, from Nettle Meadow Goat Farm is one of those truly artisanal cheeses, hand-crafted in small batches from milk from just a few animals in this small farm in the New York Adirondacks. A unique mix of goat’s milk enriched with Jersey cow cream (famously high in milk fat), Kunik is a dense triple-crème cheese that has the uniqueness of being richer than a regular Brie, but more subtle than a chevre. Kunik has a dense, creamy texture that coats your palate like silk and that just leaves you wanting more. Perfect to pair with your best Champagne.
