Made from fresh Alpine goat’s milk on Blakesville’s Wisconsin farm, the flavor is clean, buttery, and just earthy enough. It’s the kind of cheese that behaves beautifully on a board but holds its own on warm baguette with cherries or a swipe of honey. Think Brie’s more interesting cousin!
Blakesville Creamery makes every cheese on-site from the milk of its own pasture-raised herd. Their small-scale, hands-on approach means more control, more freshness, and more flavor in every wheel.
