Organic Yerba Mate, Organic Roasted Yerba Mate, Organic Roasted Barley, Organic Roasted Carob, Organic Roasted Chicory

Directions:
Tea Pot or Tea Ball Brewing: 1 tablespoon Dark Roast Mate per 12 oz. cup of hot (not boiling) water. Let steep for 3-5 minutes. Adjust the amount of Dark Roast Mate according to your desired strengh. Add milk and sweetener to your taste.
