This coffee originates from the southern tip of the Arabian Peninsula, an area famous for being the main marketplace for coffee from the 15th century to the 17th century. Even after additional origins of coffee were discovered, mocca (or mocha) beans continued to be valued for their distinct flavor, and they are still highly appreciated today. A cup of Yemen Mocca Coffee is flavorful, aromatic and smooth, featuring overtones of chocolate and cherry, with a red wine quality.
