As dreamy and creamy as freshly fallen snow, pure Winter White Honey is made from Rocky Mountain wildflower nectar that crystallizes into a frost-like state. Harvested only a few days each year, it’s as rare as snow in Savannah and only available during the winter months. Much like cream rises to the top during dairy processing, foam forms in Winter White Honey as air bubbles try to escape. We call it Angel Fluff. You’ll call it delicious.
