Wild Boar Rib Racks – Frenched

Unlike bland, white pork meat, rosy wild boar has a distinct, robust pork flavor that is unforgettable, and is perfect for more adventurous rubs and marinades. This gorgeous drenched rib rack is perfect for  grilling or smoking whole, or for cutting into succulent chops. Our frenched pork racks are naturally lean, cook quite quickly, and are perfect medium-rare. Each delicious rack has 10 succulent bone-in ribs. 

Our wild boar comes from Native Texas feral pigs that are never given hormones, steroids or antibiotics, and feed on a totally natural diet of wild nuts, fruits, pecans, roots and tubers. Humanely trapped and transported in Texas Hill Country. To defrost, that overnight in the refrigerator and use within 5 days.
