Description: Our Wasabi blend powder is a hot mixture of horseradish, mustard, and spinach. The Japanese use it as a condiment in the way that we use horseradish.
Japanese use Wasabi in flavoring most of their food especially to accompany sashimi, sushi, cooked fish, and noodle dishes. Wasabi is not as harsh as horseradish, but is still rather pungent, so use sparingly.
