A super traditional Spanish snack bread, Tortas de Aceite are essentially sweet flatbreads, rubbed with olive oil and with notes of anise, and in this case, peppered with meaty Marcona almonds. They are crunchy and sweet, and perfect to accompany a morning coffee, or afternoon snack.
Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil 14%), sugar, baking powder, sesame seeds, anise seeds, sea salt, Marcona almonds.
