Our half hog is dry aged for 7-14 days ensuring the perfect blend of taste, texture and flavor that you’ll love with each bite. Once your hog is done (generally 14-21 days from order placement), we’ll reach out for final payment and to schedule pick up at one of our three pick up locations.
