Our Whole Vanilla Bean Pastes are made using every bit of the vanilla bean. We believe using entire beans at their peak potency is the only way to experience vanilla’s full potential. Our beans are ground, while moist and full of flavor, using a proprietary process designed to capture their coveted taste. Blending our signature ground beans with a mixture of water and alcohol infuses their distinct flavor and allows them to bloom and mature. This results in a bold and full-bodied paste that is more heat resistant and three times the strength of the pure vanilla extract.
