The Sweet Runnings cookbook is a compilation of recipes representing Jamaica’s finest traditions and is reminiscent of the Tainos, Spaniards, British, Africans, Indians, Chinese, Maroons, Middle Easterners and Rastafarians.

This is the first Jamaican cookbook to incorporate recipes from all the Jamaican subcultures. In addition to the recipes, the sections of the cookbook are designed to provide quick references of historical influences by those who came to the Jamaican shores.
