Our sweet and tangy mustard blend offers the perfect balance of light spiciness with notes of salty and sweet. Also know as Creole Mustard, it is excellent as a pork, chicken or fish rub, in burgers, sprinkled on sandwiches, or as a mustard sauce by blending 2 Tbs spice mix, ¾ cup mayo and ½ tsp olive oil. Apply your rub at least one hour before you plan to cook.
