Our air drying process retains 1.3x more protein, 2x better texture and 5x better flavor than conventional jerky which is dehydrated in a high temperature smokehouse and cooks out so much of the meat quality, texture and nutrient make up. 

Our process is as natural as it gets – lean, whole muscle cuts of beef are sliced into thin strips, marinated in a mouth-watering homemade spice blend, and then air dried in a climate controlled room for 4-5 days to extract the water out of the meat to make it shelf stable – but leave all of the incredible flavor, texture and protein in the meat. 

This all-natural process, no preservatives added and ZERO chemical changes through high-temperature cooking or dehydrating makes our Steak Strips literally the HEALTHIEST MEAT SNACK IN THE WORLD!
