Description

This premium Italian risotto rice is an excellent “ready to cook” product that can be used as a soup mix or simply as a risotto. The main ingredients are Italian carnaroli rice, turmeric, saffron and onions. This uniquely vacuum packed risotto rice provides for a convenient and fast way to prepare and serve a delicious rice dish.

No preservatives are added. To prepare, melt butter in a pan, stir the entire package into the butter, add a glass of white wine and let it evaporate. Stir a hot broth into the rice until desired consistency is achieved.
