Add the Essence of Sweet Roses to your Tea

Our rose sugar is the perfect addition to your afternoon tea if you love the smell of roses, but aren’t a huge fan of excessively floral teas. We use this sugar in our Gnome Saliva blend and wanted to make it available so you could add it to other blends like Queen of Thorns. Sugar and roses are perfect for adding just that little touch of sweet rose flavor.

We infuse organic cane sugar with real rose petals that have been finely ground. You may end up with a little rose sediment at the bottom of your cup, but that is a small price to pay for such a beautiful flavor enhancement. Try baking with this sweet sugar, or sprinkling it on shortbread cookies, or even adding it to lemonade. There are so many ways to enjoy it, and many of our other sugars.

50g of rose sugar comes to you in a sealed package. Bags are resealable and should always be kept away from moisture. Following these storage methods will maintain its freshness for a minimum of six months. Start with a level teaspoon and add to your cup of tea and adjust as necessary.
