Aged for years in the Yunnan Mountains of southwestern China. Rich earthy flavor. Pu-erh is known to aid the body in digestion as it is naturally rich in antioxidants and vitamins. It has a delicious earthy flavor, with toasted bread highlights and elemental notes.

Steeping Guide:

Amount of tea per 8oz cup: 1 tsp

Water Temperature: 195F

Steep Time: 3-5 minutes

**Pu-Erh should be pre-steeped/flushed for 30 seconds. Discard that water. Then follow the above guide for steeping black tea.
