This smooth country-style pate starts with creamy all natural pork, then gets a shot of succulent rendered fat, a healthy dose of meaty pistachios, and a seasoning with fresh herbs and warm spices like nutmeg and ginger. Mellow and soft, perfect to serve with toast or crusty bread and a light brew.

Ingredients: Pork, pork liver, milk, bread (flour water, salt yeast). Contains 2% or less of salt, pistachio, sodium nitrite, fresh garlic, fresh onion, fresh shallot, fresh herbs (parsley, thyme), port winde, sugar, spices, lard (pork fat, citric acid, BHT).
