Description: This wonderful spicy blend was created by Shuli Madmone. For years Shuli would buy the black beans from Pica Pica and season it with his special spice blend. Slowly everyone at the Oxbow Market started asking Shuli to make some of it to share. Adriana, the owner of Pica Pica tasted it and thought it would be fantastic to add as a vegetarian dish to her menu and voila! La Shuli dish was created – black beans salad seasoned with chili spice.
