To make this yummy sugar, we infuse organic cane sugar with ground peppermint leaves. Peppermint is probably the most popular mints, loved by kids and adults alike. Peppermint is actually a hybrid mint. It is a cross between spearmint and watermint. The high menthol content in peppermint is what gives it the aroma and flavor that immediately reminds us of candy canes.

We always package our peppermint sugar in sealed 50g bags. The resealing zip liner makes it easy to use and easy to store. Never store your sugar in warm or humid locations. Always start with a level teaspoon of our sugars, and then adjust based on your taste preferences. You will likely notice some leftover leaves in your cup.
