This unforgettable preserve of sweet Spanish Pajarero figs is made with lemon blossom honey. The small and sweet Pajarero has delicate, thin skin that allows the flavor to come through. The jam is made following a family method, simply gently crushing the figs and coating them in the lemon blossom honey. Smooth, with delicious pieces of fig, pair this with cheeses, Serrano ham or toasted rustic bread.
