Prestogeorge’s Organic Certified French Roast is roasted to the color of one of our most popular roast colors. You could even call it Italian Roast Espresso Jr., because it is roasted slightly lighter than our Italian roast. In line with one of the most popular and well-known roasts in the world, our French roast is taken to the end of the second crack while roasting. The second crack is when the cell walls of the coffee beans start to break down and release the coffee’s natural oils. This gives you a robust spicy and chocolate noted coffee with a little less zing than its older brother. This is  Prestogeorge’s second darkest coffee, and certified organic meaning the producer has the necessary certifications that deem this coffee free of pesticides or unnatural growth/soil additives.
