Our Chopped Onion is dehydrated and pulverized, perfect as a time-saving way to add onions’ pungent, savory flavor to a recipe without any peeling or chopping. Add to soups, stews and broths for onion flavor or sprinkle onto roasted potatoes or other vegetables.

To reconstitute, soak in water for fifteen to twenty minutes. Drain any excess liquid before use.
