Description:A high-quality black tea originating from Yunnan province of China. It is known for its distinctive golden leaf tips that resemble a monkey’s claw, hence the name “Golden Monkey” and is considered a rare and prized tea. It is hand-picked using only the bud and first leaf of the tea plant, resulting in a smooth, rich flavor with hints of honey, peach, and a subtle sweetness. The tea is often described as having a complex, yet balanced taste that is smooth and mellow with notes of honey, peach, and a slight caramel sweetness.

Brewing Instructions: 

• For an 8 oz cup: Brew 1 tsp (3 grams) in 195-205°F of filtered water for 3-5 minutes.
