Aceto Balsamico Dante is a careful blend of cooked grape must and high quality wine vinegar. The flavor is slightly pungent with aromas of dried figs and prunes. This vinegar’s herbaceous, earthy undertones and lively acidic finish are perfectly suited for a wide range of applications. Try a small amount as a marinade for steak or game before grilling. Add a splash to the pan while crisping bacon to create a sweet and tangy glaze. Pair with bitter greens such as chard, broccoli rabe, and kale.

Adhering to I.G.P. regulations, Acetaia Leonardi identifies the age and viscosity of their vinegars with a proprietary symbol—coins—with each coin representing approximately 2 years of aging.
