Our very own blend created originally for the University of Pittsburgh student Stress Free Zone. A calming blend with natural ingredients and comforting lemon and vanilla flavor. Ingredients include:  Rooibos, lemon myrtle, lemon peel, chamomile, passionflower, lavender, stevia leaf and lemon & vanilla flavors. Wind your day down the right way. Caffeine-free.

Steeping Guide:

Amount of tea per 8oz cup: 2 tsp

Water Temperature: 210F

Steep Time: 5-7 minutes
