A favorite winter warmer, the hot toddy was historically sipped as a soothing bedtime tonic, or a relief to cold, wet weather. These days we sip it anytime we need a warm-up punch. It was named for the “toddy palm” drink in India and made its way to Scotland via the East India Company as a hot whiskey drink of water, honey, herbs, and spices.

This Christmas-y variety, studded with orange and clove, is hand blended and packaged by Oliver Pluff & Co. Each beautiful tin contains 3 oz. of toddy blend, enough to brew 3 gallons.
