Description:Kava Kava is a plant that’s native to the Pacific Islands. Kava Kava is primarily used for anxiety and stress. It’s also useful for sore muscles, water retention, urinary track infections and arthritis.
Application:Antiseptic/Diuretic/Stress Reducer/Pain Reliever
Infusion:As an infusion, drink 1/2 cup daily for urinary problems. As a tincture, take 30 drops with water 3 times daily for anxiety.
