Description

Our granola are baked locally in small batches in our bespoke kitchen in East Orange. Our granola is nut-free and has all the classic spices but with a little Nordic twist.

We added our favorite Danish cookie spices from Danish Pebern√∏dder to our granola and the result is satisfyingly good.

Our granola flavor is best described as a spiced cookie but with less added sugar and with a tiny kick from the white pepper and ginger. We used organic maple syrup for our sweetener instead of refined sugar.

Eat the granola traditionally with milk, yogurt, as a dessert on top of vanilla ice cream or topped on your smoothie.
