Description
Gyokuro Japanese Green Tea Loose Leaf: The Gyokuro Japanese Green Tea is a full-bodied, bold vegetal tea with an attitude. The light-green brew has a nutty and sweet flavor that is smooth and definitely less-bitter than a conventional Sencha. The mixed grading of large and small loose leaves gives you that brothy and full cup that reveals the full-breadth of this special leaf. It has a natural sweet taste and the mellow and delicate flavor has a way of endearing itself to the green tea drinker.

BREW HINT
Hot tea brewing method: When preparing by the cup, this tea can be used repeatedly – about 3 times. The secret is to use water that is about 180’F or 90’C. Place 1 teaspoon in your cup let the tea steep for about 3 minutes and then begin enjoying a cup of enchantment – do not remove the leaves from the cup. Once the water level is low – add more water, and so on and so on – until the flavor of the tea is exhausted. do not add milk or sugar since green tea is enjoyed ‘straight-up’.
