Description

Ingredients:
Organic gunpowder green tea.

Directions:
Heat fresh, filtered water just short of the boiling point.
Add 2 grams of tea to a infuser, or straight into an 8-oz. mug.
Pour the heated water into the mug.
Steep for 2-3 minutes.
Strain tea leaves, or take out the infuser.

Gunpowder Green (Loose Leaf) is a form of Chinese green tea in which the tea leaf is rolled into a small, round pellet. In particular, the tea leaves are withered, steamed, rolled and then dried. Brews mellow and layered, with a deep, smoky flavor profile.
