Our Garam Masala Seasoning is blended by hand in our Sunset Park facility in Brooklyn, where we’re able to control our seasoning recipes and monitor their consistency and quality. This blend is meant to be added directly to Indian dishes to lend an authentic South Asian taste, and will add interest and a soft spice to many dishes – especially vegetables, poultry, and lamb. Each batch combines cumin, coriander, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg in just the right ratios.
