Add-on Custom Blend as Approved by Happy Turtle Tea

Requires an active custom blend to be in progress. This add-on allows for an additional custom blend to be created from the initial set of custom blend testers. To be used when customer loves the testers so much, they would like to have more than 1 custom tea, and is provided at a discounted rate.  Does not apply after initial custom process has been completed and finalized.
