Crystal Apricot Glaze – Brush and Spray Application
Use this lovely and delicious apricot glaze for glazing tarts, cakes, Danishes, pastries and anywhere else you want to bring a pretty amber coating and a light apricot flavor. Directions: add 10 to 15% water by weight. Combine and bring to a boil. Allow a few minutes to set before use.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose, water, apple pulp, pectin, citric acid, sodium benzoate, natural and artificial flavor, tricalcium phosphate, sodium and calcium alginate, coloring (FD&C Yellow #6 and FD&C Yellow #5).
