Description

India Monsoon Malabar is our lightest roasted coffee but has a pronounced body. It is low acidic and has a sweet aroma with nutty and caramel flavors. Prior to roasting, monsoon beans are stored outside until the monsoon winds and rains circulate around the coffee making it swell in size and take on the famous mellowed flavor.
