Our delicious Chorizo Seasoning will flavor your food with authentic Latin flavor!  Sprinkle on chicken, beef, pork or veggies before grilling. To make homemade Chorizo, add 1 pound of ground pork to 1 ounce of Chorizo Seasoning and 3 tablespoons of cider vinegar. Mix thoroughly and let sit overnight in a refrigerator before cooking.
