Cava Vinegar

Cava is Spain’s answer to France’s Champagne: a sparkling wine that’s made in the region of Catalonia, Cava wine is aged for 5 months in American oak barrels, and 1 year in French oak, developing full, mellow flavors and woodsy aromas. This champagne-style vinegar (packaged in an actual wine bottle!) has all that wonderful qualities of the wine, plus it develops a great fruity, fresh and light edge. Cava vinegar condiment works spectacularly with meats, fish, roasted vegetables, Mediterranean dishes in general, as a salad dressing and even drizzled over goat cheeses. Tip: use as a substitute to white wine vinegar.
