Bloody Blue Ridge is an annual small-batch release that celebrates the end of the harvest season here in Virginia.This 2021 batch of Bloodys was made in partnership with our friends at The Shackin Staunton, VA and Catbird Sauce Co.in Charlottesville, VA.With local heirloom tomato juice, habaneros, miso and tamari Worcestershire, and sweet-and-spicy sorghum hot sauce,Bloody Blue Ridge is rich, spicy, and tangy with tons of umami.
