Taken mainly from the chuck and other trimmings, these morsels are perfect for slow-simmering or braising until they render into tender succulence.

Storage: Product arrives frozen and vacuum sealed. Keep frozen until ready to consume, then thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Product will last 6 months frozen, or 5 days thawed.
