This unique “shou” tea cake pressed using our own custom blend of different sized tea leaves, creating classically rich flavor and texture. The tea cake is perfectly pressed so that the finished product is neither too hard nor too soft. It’s easy to break into smaller pieces when desired, but does not crumble easily.
