Fine Spanish almonds chopped mechanically into small pieces refined from blanched almonds. Very nutritious, you can use almond flour to make low gluten versions of your favorite pastries and cakes. Almond flour is very moist, so it won’t dry out your recipes. Ready to use, use to flavor cakes, pastries, marzipan, almond paste and cookies by replacing a percentage of the wheat flour with nut flour. Store refrigerated.
