Cacciatore Salami

Pronounced “(kah-chuh-TOR-aye)”, Cacciatore means “hunter” in Italian, and lovers of charcuterie soon find out that there are many regional versions of a “hunter’s” salami. We particularly love this Olympia Provisions’ recipe, which blends all-natural, creamy pork meat with caraway, coriander, dried red chili and black pepper.
Slice and serve with a rustic loaf of bread, flavorful cheeses and your favorite beer or red wine.
