Loose Leaf Herbal Tea
Description:Mullein Leaf is known to provide relief from respiratory problems such as coughs, colds, asthma, ease of swelling and inflammation and reduce the pain of headaches and earaches. The tea can also be cooled and used externally as a compress for cold sores, rashes and wounds as it has antibacterial properties.
Application:Expectorant/Astringent
Infusion:Take one cup of Mullein Leaf and add to one quart of boiling water. Steep for several hours or overnight. Carefully strain the Mullein leaf making sure not to get any of the fuzzy leaf particles in your cup. Drink hot or cold, plain or sweetened. Great with milk and honey!
